| 1 | Full Load Control | Once the elevators is loaded to 80% of rated capacity, all landing calls will be by-passed while all car calls will be attended. |
| 2 | Overload Control | If a car is overloaded , new starting will be prevented, and doors will remain open with an audio-visual indication in car signaling overload condition. |
| 3 | Auto Fan Shutoff | The fan is switched off automatically at a preset time after attending the last car call. |
| 4 | Fireman's Control | This facility is to be exclusively used by fire fighting personnel for rescuing trapped persons in the building. |
| 5 | Automatic Return | The Car returns to a designated floor after attending all calls. This is preferential treatment to a designated floor. |
| 6 | Phase Failure & Reversal Protection | This protects the controller and motor from burn out. The elevators will be stopped if phase failure is detected. |
| 7 | Main Parking Floor | An available car will be parked at the main floor with doors open/closed. |
| 8 | Mechanical Door Safety | If door are obstructed while closing they will retract on applying gentle pressure. This acts as a backup to infrared safety. |
| 9 | By-pass | If any car button or landing button is stuck or kept pressed deliberately, the elevators will bypass that call and continue to attend other calls. |
| 10 | Continuity of Service | A car experiencing trouble is automatically removed from group operation to protect the overall group performance. Calls assigned to this car will be distributed to others in the group |
| 11 | 'Elevators Here' Flash | Landing push button light flashes to indicate car arrival or if the car is parked. This feature is provided in elevators with Simplex Controls |
| 12 | Programmability | The controller is programmable with the help of a dedicated console. Several parameters (e.g. Single Control, Group Control, Anti Nuisance, etc.) can be quickly reprogrammed |
| 13 | Motherboard Temperature Protection | Upon reaching the preset temperature limit, the elevators stops automatically, and will start functioning when the temperature normalises. |
| 14 | Short Circuit Protection | A safety circuit on the motherboard prevents damage to the main procesor. Simplified cabling by using intelligent I/O devices. |
| 15 | Self Diagnostic | Problems are diagnosed automatically by the controller. Faults are recorded by the controller for analysis. |
| 16 | Anti Nuisance | This feature helps to avoid unnecessary movement of the elevators caused by mischievously erroneously registered car calls. |
| 17 | Double Door Operation | Fully programmable double door operation is supported. |
| 18 | Car Arrival Chime | An electronic chime sounds to inform waiting passengers of the car's arrival. This applies to elevators in Group Control. |
| 19 | Advance Door Opening | This allows the doors to begin opening before the car stops at the destination floor, and improves Round Trip Time. |
| 20 | Independent Service | An elevator can be isolated from the group and operated from the car without interruption. |
| 21 | Press & Speak Intercom | The car operating panel is provided with push button operated microphone and speaker. Communication is possible between passengers and reception or security. |
